Passed away peacefully with his loving children by his side on 4th March 2025 aged 89 years.

Beloved husband of the late Jackie and devoted father of Michelle and Lee.

Will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

A celebration of Michael's life will take place at Down Hatherley Church on 10th April 2025 at 2.00pm.

Family flowers only, donations are invited for Alzheimer's Society and Dementia UK C/O S C and B S Cocks Funeral Directors 59, Hucclecote Road, Gloucester GL3 3TL

Have only just heard of dear Mike's death. Such a shock. Both Nigel and I have such happy memories of going to cricket with him playing for the Gloucester Nondescripts. And remembering his lovely mother, Gladys. I only met him in 1962 when I first met Nigel but Nigel had played cricket with him for many years before tgat. We have a photo on the wall of the Nondies going back to 1957. Desperately sorry to hear the news and our condolences to all his family. From Nigel and Sue Lapham

What a beautiful, kind, and gentle man. Mick was such a good friend to my parents - regularly visiting mum after dad died and keeping in touch when she moved to Bristol. He was very special. I’ll miss chatting on the phone with him.
